Ken B. & Judy C. Kirby III owners of K3 Cable Services have been in door to door Cable TV Sales, Auditing, and Installs since the early 1980’s. They both started as in-house sales reps and rose through the ranks from there, Ken started at Continental Cablevision and Judy at Adelphia and then Time Warner. From there they started K3. They have taken their in-house knowledge and applied it to how they provide service to their clients. Ken & Judy believe in their reps being fully trained and prepared on all of their clients products and pricing before they start working. This helps in preventing the door-to-door rep from misrepresenting your products & prices to the customer, which in turn reduces the chances of churn.
K3 is a nationwide provider of door-to-door sales, audits, installs and collections. K3 is a Comcast Preferred Vendor. Besides Comcast K3 has provided their services to current MSO’s such as Time Warner, Charter, Mediacom, Cable One, Atlantic Broadband, Avenue Broadband and former MSO’s such as Adelphia, Jones Inner Cable, Jones Spacelink, and Jet Broadband, just to mention a few. So as you can see they’ve been around for a while.
